Meet Peggy

Welcome to Serendipity Smiles

Where Creativity and Yoga Intersect With The Space In Between

You’re busy, overworked, over scheduled, and stretched way too thin.

Life looks like a never ending ground hog day set on repeat. You know you want something different. You’re beat down from the same routine, the same habits, the same everything that was supposed to shower you with success and happiness. If you’re looking to redefine what success and happiness and living a joyful, creative life mean to you, you’re on the right path and you’re in the right place.

I’m a multi-creative. I write poetry from the depths of my soul. I paint just to see what shows up on the canvas. I’ve been crocheting since I was seven and these days it gives me something to do when I watch football. And I’m an avid nature photographer, taking up close pictures of petals, tree bark, leaves, and whatever catches my eye.

I think it’s wrong to pigeon hole creativity into one box or one niche.

Trying to fit what I do into one neat category suffocated me, my art, and my soul. These days I allow my creativity to roam free, without a box or a niche or a hole. And I use my creativity to inspire people to pick up a paint brush or write their novel and live a life that’s filled with creative possibility.

I’m on a mission to help as many stifled creative souls rekindle their passions and make their own terms upon life.

I bring years of experience as a yoga teacher, bestselling author, and as someone who’s gone through her own lumps and bumps to what I teach, how I teach, and to whom I teach.

200x200-mary-pritchardPeggy is a remarkable, intuitive mentor and guide. She helped me through a rough time and gave me hope and ‘homework’ that put me back on track. Her coaching was spot on and I still follow her advice to this day. Thank you Peggy! You are a godsend and a miracle and your willingness to be real and vulnerable helps women heal in ways I never thought imaginable. Thank you! Mary Pritchard, Ph.D., Awakening the Goddess Within

As an author, I’ve written an award winning flash fiction piece about an ancient vampire (see why I can’t be pigeon holed!) and I’ve self-published my first volume of poetry, “Can’t Die Mom,” where I share my journey through divorce, breast cancer, and finding my own happily-ever-after. I’m also the co-author of five bestselling books on Amazon.

I host a magical fantastical podcast, right now it’s still called “Pathways To Possibility.” You can subscribe on iTunes of follow on Podbean. I’ve recorded 80 episodes and my podcast has over 25,000 downloads.

I’ve redefined success and happiness on my own terms. I’m a happy wife, married to my best friend. I’m a mom and stepmom to six adult children and my husband and I have five grandkids ranging from 1 year old to almost 8 years old. I’m a yoga teacher who teaches a class almost every Saturday at the dojo where I train Muay Thai Kickboxing. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History and a Master of Arts degree in Computer Information Management. I work full time and I lead and guide my tribe here  Serendipity Smiles!

  1. When I read your comment on Stacey’s blog this morning I knew that I had to reach out. Soulless and heart-less work is no way to live. Perhaps you’re missing a possibility because it’s too close to you?

If you’d like to talk it over send me an email

Your true calling bliss is waiting.

PS If you want to check references ask Stacey about my work.

    1. Hi Tom,

I’ll be in touch. I’ve added your blog to my blog roll and I’m reading through your posts.

Thanks so much for stopping by and connecting with me!

  3. Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting. Moreso what an honor to be listed on your blogs for writers! I love your blog and your writing voice. I’d like to put up some of my nonfiction writing as well as poetry, but for some reason, I find that scary and a little too revealing for the moment. Opening up yourself on a blog is a process I suppose, I’ll get there. Anyway, thanks again! 🙂

    1. It was a little scary putting my more personal stuff out there…especially my poetry…it’s so personal! But what I’m finding is that it’s a just a great experiment…to see how I can mold words to paint pictures! Yup – I’ve added you to the blog roll. I love the way you write!!

  4. Hi, my first visit to your blog and I like it very much. Thanks for visiting me and leaving bread crumbs so I would find you. Hugs, pat

  5. I can’t begin to thank you enough for stopping over and following my humble blog-o-thing! I wish you the very best, be inspired and please take care.
